We’ve been awarded £263,229 from The National Lottery Community Fund

💥 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT 💥

We’ve had some amazing news that The National Lottery Community Fund has awarded us £263,229 to create a new three year community outreach project. The project will bring people together and build strong relationships across communities, it will also increase accessibility of Hospice Services to more members of the community. It will help to break down any barriers to accessing our care as well as become an extension of our care delivery in the community.

We’re hugely excited by this news and we’re looking forward to telling you all about the development of the project plans over the coming months.

To help us get started we need to build our new team. So we’re looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to support the delivery of a range of activities in the community. These may range from exercise classes, such as Tai Chi and Yoga, to Creative Writing or a Community Choir. We also hope to deliver bereavement support, Namaste Dementia Care and our Everything in Place project which supports conversations about death, dying, grief and loss.
