Late last year, as Covid numbers were rising rapidly, the nights were drawing in and my motivation for physical exercise was dropping as quickly as the temperatures, I signed up to take on the Ride Across Britain for the second time.

Kevin Robinson from Durham has won the top rollover prize of £25,000 in St Cuthbert’s Hospice Win Win Lottery.

In August, a group of friends will walk 220 miles from the Forth Road Bridge just outside of Edinburgh to St Cuthbert’s Hospice, Durham.

Kelly Betteridge and her family are celebrating after clocking up 1.6 million steps between them during April, raising over £540 for the Hospice in memory of her mam Joyce Lovack.

Brothers Kenneth and Davis Reader, alongside their friend John Guthrie, have set themselves a mammoth challenge this week they will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours! 4x4x48!
