The donation of funds to pay for a day of care at St Cuthbert’s is something so precious beyond words.
When you pay for a day of care those 24 hours take on a new meaning. They become far more than ticks, tocks and numbers around a dial. They become compassion and care. They become moments and memories to be treasured.
We know the day you choose will be special to you. It might be a birthday or anniversary, or if you are a business you might like to choose a significant company milestone. Whatever reason you choose to Pay for a Day, we’re very grateful for your support, and so are the families who we care for each and every day.
How much does it cost?
- £775 could pay for a day delivering our Living Well Centre care.
- £2,000 could pay for a day of In-Patient Unit care.
- £2,775 could pay for a day of delivering care in our In-Patient Unit and Living Well Centre.
- £3,770 could pay for a day of delivering all our Hospice Services including our Family Support Team, Dementia Services and Community Support, as well as our In-Patient Unit and Living Well Centre.
You can fundraise to raise the costs over time, or pay in full if you are able.
How we’ll mark your chosen day
We know that the day you choose will be special and meaningful to you. We’d be honoured to mark the occasion in a couple of ways.
Online
If you’re happy for us to share your story, then we will feature it on our social media accounts. If your day is in memory of someone special we’d also love to share some photographs of them, alongside their name and story. If you are a business then we’d be delighted to promote your kind donation online and display your logo too.
Join us for an Afternoon Tea at our Coffee Shop
We would love to invite you and a guest to the Hospice to enjoy a special afternoon tea, as a thank you for your generous support. You’ll be able to meet some of the team and see the difference your donation makes.
Personalised Certificate on Display
On your chosen day we will display a personalised certificate on our Hospice reception for all to see.
