We are seeking a dedicated Supporter Care Coordinator to join our brilliant fundraising team.

Focusing on delivering high-quality customer service and exceptional care to our supporters (donors),  the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Skills

Candidates with transferable skills and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The key skills that we are looking for in a candidate are below.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Experience of using a CRM Database
  • Knowledge of Gift Aid, GDPR, and financial processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, and volunteers
  • Ensure donors feel valued and thanked for their support
  • Develop and implement donor / customer journeys to support excellent donor stewardship
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to promote fundraising activities
  • Coordinate and manage in-memory events and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate donor records and handle data with precision
