Striving for Excellence
Since our last inspection by the Care Quality Commission in October 2023, the results of which were published in January 2024, we have been working towards improvements.
- We have updated our Statement of Purpose.
- We have introduced and implemented new referral criteria.
- We have provided training and information for staff in the management of naso gastric tubes and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tubes.
- We have expanded our safeguarding policy to include female genital mutilation.
- We have purchased a new air conditioning unit for our cold room and introduced new processes for auditing its effectiveness.
